Rental information

1.  We are required to collect a 11% state & local Lodging Tax on all Rentals above.
2.  A Reservation Deposit will be required to hold Reservations. When your reservation is accepted, mail your deposit to arrive within a week. If after ten days we do not receive it, your reservation will be released.
3.  Three weeks before the date send the full amount plus the 11% tax. If your reservation is within four weeks of the date, please send the full amount, tax and the Security Deposit.
4.  The Reservation Deposit will be converted to a Security Deposit and if there is no damage to the condo it will be returned within two weeks after departure.
5.  These are NON SMOKING condos.   Some of our guests are smoke allergic and we have to maintain them smoke free. There are ash trays on the patio.  If you or your guests smoke in the condo our cleaning service charges us a minimum of $50 to do smoke extraction from one room.    If more effort is required it will be charged against the deposit on a time and materials basis.    Please help us keep them perfect for the next family!
6.  You will be sent a Permission Slip and Directions by e-mail the week before your arrival.
